The rules for using babes — the Discord bot and web dashboard.
By inviting babes (the "Bot") to your Discord server, using our web dashboard at babes.bot, or otherwise interacting with our services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the operators of babes (the "Operator", "we", "us").
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required to hold a Discord account in your country, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
To use the Dashboard, you must authenticate through Discord's OAuth2 flow. We receive from Discord only the information necessary to operate the Service — see our Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. We are not responsible for any unauthorised use of your account.
Server administrators are responsible for configuring the Bot appropriately for their Server's rules and local law, and for ensuring that the Bot's permissions are not misused by their staff.
You may use the Service to moderate, operate and grow your Discord community within the following conditions:

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal of the Bot from your Server, revocation of Dashboard access, and where applicable, referral to Discord Trust & Safety or law enforcement.
The Bot, Dashboard, brand, and underlying code are owned by the Operator. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as described in these Terms.
Content you submit (server settings, embed text, welcome messages, etc.) remains your property. By submitting Content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process and transmit it as necessary to operate the Service.
"babes" and the babes logo are trademarks of the Operator. You may not use these marks without permission except to reference the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.
We do not guarantee that moderation features will catch every policy violation, that data logs will be retained indefinitely, or that the Bot will be online at any particular moment. You are responsible for your own backups and your own moderation decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, lost data, or server downtime.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.
You may stop using the Service at any time by kicking the Bot from your Server and / or revoking Dashboard access.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons. Sections 8–10 and 13 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Dashboard or the official support server at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
