All Premium sales are final. In one narrow case — a verifiably nuked server — we will transfer Premium to a replacement server at no additional cost.

1. Overview
This Refund Policy governs Premium subscriptions, one-time Premium upgrades and any other paid feature purchased for the babes Discord bot (the "Service"). By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this policy together with our Terms of Service.
Because Premium is a digital service that is activated and delivered instantly upon payment, all purchases are final. The only exception is the narrow transfer clause described in Section 3.
2. No Refunds
We do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstance once Premium has been activated. This includes, without limitation:
Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or accidental purchase.
Not reading the feature list before buying.
Deciding the bot isn't what you expected, or preferring a different bot.
Getting banned from your own server, leaving Discord, or losing access to your account.
Your server being deleted, abandoned or renamed by you or a co-owner.
Discord action against your account (bans, suspensions, disabled accounts).
Temporary Service outages, Discord outages, or downtime.
Unused time on the subscription after cancellation.
Price changes, promotions or discounts offered after your purchase.
No money back. If you need to test whether Premium is right for you, every core feature of babes is free forever — test the bot thoroughly before upgrading.
3. Server-Nuke Transfer (The Only Exception)
If the server on which your Premium is active was nuked and you can prove it, we will transfer the remaining Premium entitlement to a replacement server of your choice, free of charge. This is a transfer, not a refund — no money is returned.
The transfer is granted once per original purchase.
The replacement server must be owned by the same Discord user who purchased Premium, or by a user they explicitly authorise in writing.
The transfer moves the remaining duration or entitlements. Time already elapsed on the nuked server is not restored.
We reserve the right to refuse a transfer if the evidence is insufficient or if we reasonably suspect fraud, self-nuking or abuse.
4. What Counts as a Nuke
For the purpose of this policy, a "nuke" means a sudden, hostile, large-scale destruction of a Discord server caused by a third party (a malicious admin, a compromised account, a bot exploit, or an external attacker). The typical signature of a nuke is one or more of the following:
Mass channel deletion (most or all channels destroyed in a short window).
Mass ban or kick of members.
Mass role deletion or server-wide permission wipe.
Mass spam of @everyone / @here / offensive content across channels.
Transfer of server ownership to an unauthorised party, followed by destructive actions.
Mass webhook spam originating from compromised integrations.
A nuke must have happened while Premium was active on that server, and must be recent — claims submitted more than 14 days after the incident will not be accepted.
5. Required Evidence
The burden of proof is on the claimant. We cannot process a transfer on goodwill alone. You must provide clear, verifiable evidence that a third-party nuke took place. Acceptable evidence includes (and we usually need at least two of these):
Discord audit log screenshots showing the mass destructive actions, including timestamps and the acting user ID.
babes moderation / anti-nuke log entries from the Dashboard or the logging channel, matching the incident window.
Screenshots or video of the server during or immediately after the nuke (deleted channels, mass bans, spam).
The original server ID (the nuked server) and the target server ID (where Premium should be transferred).
Your Discord user ID and the order ID / transaction reference for the Premium purchase.
A short written statement describing what happened, when, and who the responsible party was.
We reserve the right to ask follow-up questions and to cross-reference your evidence against our internal logs. Fabricated, edited or tampered evidence will result in immediate denial and a permanent ban from purchasing Premium in the future.
6. How to Claim a Transfer
Open a ticket in our official support server within 14 days of the nuke.
Title the ticket nuke transfer — [original server ID].
Attach all evidence listed in Section 5 in the first message.
Include the target server ID where Premium should be moved, and confirm that you own or legitimately administer that server.
Wait for a staff member to review the claim. Do not open duplicate tickets.
If approved, Premium is moved to the target server and the original entitlement on the nuked server is voided.
7. Claims We Will Deny
The following situations do not qualify for a transfer, regardless of how the purchase was affected:
Self-nuking — you, a co-owner, or someone you gave admin rights to destroyed the server.
Voluntary deletion — the server was deleted, archived, or handed over intentionally.
Loss of access — you lost your Discord account, got banned by Discord, or were demoted by the server owner.
Disputes — community drama, staff disputes, a falling-out between co-owners.
Insufficient evidence — only your word, a single blurry screenshot, or evidence that cannot be verified against audit logs.
Late claims — more than 14 days after the incident.
Previously transferred — Premium has already been transferred once for this purchase.
Fraud indicators — evidence of coordinated abuse, purchased-then-nuked patterns, or stolen payment methods.
8. Processing Time
Valid transfer requests are typically processed within 72 hours of submission. Complex cases requiring additional verification may take up to 14 days. We will communicate the outcome — approval or denial — through the support ticket.
Decisions are final. If a claim is denied, the original Premium entitlement remains with the original server (even if that server is gone) and no further transfer will be issued for that purchase.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly will result in:
Immediate revocation of Premium from all your servers.
A permanent ban of your Discord user ID and payment method from purchasing Premium or any future paid product.
If applicable, a ban from using the Service entirely, subject to our Terms of Service.
If you believe a charge was unauthorised, contact us first through our support server — we can investigate and, in genuine fraud cases (e.g. a stolen card), resolve it faster and more fairly than a chargeback.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Purchases made before a change are governed by the version of this policy in effect at the time of that purchase.
